Deputy Assistant Secretary Bisa Williams discusses regional security, human rights, and prosperity with President Aziz during visit to Mauritania

Ambassador Bisa Williams, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State in the Bureau of African Affairs, visited Mauritania November 26-29, 2014.  Ambassador Williams consulted with President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz on regional security issues and on topics related to advancing human rights and prosperity, and eradicating the Ebola Virus Disease.  She also shared perspectives on these subjects with Minister of Economic Affairs and Development Sidi Ould Tah, members of the diplomatic community and leaders in business and civil society.
